Debi’s skill as a developer has been honed over the past eighteen years. Starting small in 1989 Debi began buying and rehabilitating one house at a time. Within a short time she quickly grew her company to include multiple projects throughout the Midwest. Purvis has purchased, renovated and sold in excess of 150 properties from St. Louis to Florida.
Debi’s extensive real estate experience includes serving as Director of the Asset Management Group at the largest real estate company in Saint Louis where she grew the assets under management by more than 200% over the course of three years. Upon leaving, Debi founded Re/Max Results which grew to be the fifth largest residential real estate company in the St. Louis metropolitan area and one of the 50 largest woman owned real estate companies in the United States. RE/MAX International honored Debi with the prestigious Broker/Owner of the Year award in 2003. Debi sold RE/MAX Results in the spring of 2007 in order to more fully concentrate on the real estate development business.
Debi is on the Board of a St. Louis children’s charity and is involved in local, state and national political campaigns both as a contributor and advisor. When she is not working, you will find Debi watching her beloved St. Louis Cardinals or spending time on her boat. Debi lives in Ladue, Missouri with her family.
Out Properties Director of Marketing is Gina Mantovani.
A Graduate of DePauw University, Gina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications. Gina’s experience includes coordination of internet marketing activities for the New York based designer, Kate Spade. In this capacity, Gina managed various internet vendors and produced all digital content including the marketing calendar and related marketing events. At Kate Spade, Gina was credited with creating substantial increase in internet traffic and revenue for the company.
Gina’s experience includes leading marketing activities including market trends, growth opportunities and merchandising strategies for the Factory Division of J.Crew Group. During Gina’s time at J.Crew the Factory Division experienced record growth and expansion.
Having spent several years in New York City Gina recently relocated to the Midwest.
While Paul Holtzman may have been born in New York, he is a Phoenician through and through. Paul relocated with his family in 1973 and remains steadfastly an Arizona man.
Paul attended Arizona State University in Tempe where he majored in psychology. After 10 rewarding years in various community based positions, Paul determined to follow his love of interacting with people in a new direction by joining LJ Wright Financial Resources as a loan officer. After two years Paul was promoted to Vice President where he remained for 13 years.
Paul’s engaging personality and real interest in assisting people to achieve their dreams of home ownership allowed him to forge countless ongoing relationships with his clients and to achieve annual lending volumes of more than $25,000,000, per year.
Paul’s genuine enthusiasm and belief in the Out Properties mission to build beautiful communities is infectious. Paul believes that it is time for us to surround ourselves with the family we’ve created.
Paul is currently a co-chair of the Federal Club for Arizona Human Rights Campaign as well as a member of the Greater Phoenix Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce. Paul also sits on the Adult Advisory Board for B'nai Brith, a youth based organization that promotes leadership for teens.
Paul lives in Phoenix with his partner of 17 years. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys skiing, boating and hiking.
